My name is Jerry Zhang. I’m a Software Engineer at Meta. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master of Science in Computer Science degree, and got my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang University, China.
This is my personal blog, where I’ll share notes and learning from the things I’m interested in. Currently I’m mostly writing notes on major works (and their commentaries) in the history of western philosophy, especially in continental philosophy. In the future, I might also write about literature, art, music, theology, longevity, language learning and other topics I find interesting.
Here is a list of series of notes:
- History of Philosophy from Arthur Holmes
- Critique of Pure Reason
- Works of Arthur Schopenhauer
- German Idealism
- Phenomenology of Spirit
I also have a note on running (in Chinese):
